What we're building
Totally Taipei started as a simple idea: most travel content about Taipei is either a thin, keyword-stuffed listicle or a wall of undifferentiated affiliate links. We wanted something in between — real, specific, practically useful guides written for people who are actually about to get on a plane, not written to rank for a keyword and nothing else.
How we work
We're adding new guides every week, starting with the neighborhoods, landmarks and practical information most visitors need first, and expanding from there into more specific, deeper content — food guides, hidden spots, seasonal events, and more detailed neighborhood breakdowns. We're also building toward supporting multiple languages, so this guide is useful to a wider range of visitors to Taipei, not just English speakers.
What we won't do
We won't pad pages with filler to look comprehensive, stuff them with keywords that don't serve the reader, or publish a page just because a search term exists. If a guide isn't actually useful yet, we'd rather mark it "coming soon" than publish something thin.
